I bought this grill about 1 year ago. Our family does a fair amount of entertaining and barbequing during the Spring and Summer. This grill simply delivers each and every time. It lights easily. The burners get to optimal temperature (even searing temperatures) quickly. It cooks evenly. It's made of solid construction. It's durable and looks great. It runs on propane gas, but it seems pretty efficient. I think this is my 3rd propane tank in 13 months. Some have commented on the size of the grilling area, but we have had over 10 people over and grill space has not been an issue. The burner plate on the left is a cool feature, but I have to admit that we have not used it very much....if at all. I think this is the only thing that distinguishes the E-310 (no burner plate) from the E-320. I will say it took me a couple hours to assemble. Overall the instructions are decent, but they do have some spotty areas in terms of verbal instructions. But once assembled, the Weber E-320 runs great. I understand that in this economy it's hard to justify investing this much in a grill, but the alternative is buying something cheaper and less sturdy and having to replace it in a couple of years. I've been to a friend's BBQ and watched him literally struggle lighting his grill and scratch his head wondering why it takes over 15 minutes to grill hamburgers. Needless to say his grill was not a Weber. The bottom line is the Weber E-320 is an excellent product designed to last.

Arrived on scheduled date securely-packaged with all parts needed and free of defects. Instructions were clear, logical and well illustrated which made the assembly possible in just over an hour and an experience free of frustration. This is a solid product made of materials that are superior to other grills of similar price and features that I examined prior to purchase. After heating the grill on high for an hour to break it in, it was ready for use. A thermometer placed on the grates proved that the grill temperature could reach 350-400+ degrees. Adjusting the three burners to regulate the cooking temperatures will continue to be a learning experience. For example, beer-can chicken will do better by turning the middle burner off and using the front and back burners only. I use heavy-duty cover w/o vents protects the grill from the varying weather elements in WNY as I grill year round. To date, this is the best grill I have purchased and I expect more than the usual 2-3 years of service I've experienced with other models.

Takes time to put together - but basically easy with some organization and patience. Have a couple basic tools (power driver with bolt attachements makes for faster work) and an extra set of hands for a brief portion of assembly and you're up and grillin' in 2 or 3 hours.
