From their thermostatically controlled commercial griddle to their exclusive Vari-Flame with the lowest constant-flame simmer available, to lift-off oven doors and all-porcelain broiler pans, drip pans and grills, FiveStar has it all. Sure, other ranges may offer some of these as options, but only FiveStar comes standard with all of these features and many more. FiveStar ranges combine professional performance with good looks and home-kitchen convenience. Designed to produce intense heat without burning, their surface burners go as high as 14,000 BTU while some front burners go all the way down to 400 BTU... for delicate simmering. The FiveStar 48" range with side-by-side double-ovens has two broilers, six burners and a double sided grill/griddle. It includes two equal gas convection ovens with separate broilers below.
