I am really impressed and pleased with my Swiss Diamond 10" fry pan. Nothing sticks to it.. it's also lightweight and durable and cleans easily. I have since bought two more pieces to add to my collection. I highly recommend Swiss Diamond cookware. I used Teflon cookware before my Swiss Diamond but my teflon starting burning my food and then the telfon started peeling from the pan. I decided to put a crow bar to my wallet and buy the good stuff. Swiss Diamond is a bit pricey but with a lifetime warranty to back up their excellent product, I decided that the extra money will be worth it in the long run.
