I was so excited to get a more compact microwave than I had for the last 20 years. I really only use it to heat up my food, or to bake a potato (it used to take an hour in the oven). The first microwave I ordered had a dent in the top, so I had to return it. This was a problem because I'm an elderly person, so had to arrange for someone to pick it up. I had it replaced but was disappointed to find that the new microwave was noisier than the bigger one I had. I've bought many things from Amazon which were fine, but I don't know if I would do it again after this experience.

Little smaller than I had expected, but performs well, and expected to last a good few years.

I ordered this microwave because of all the great reviews. It came yesterday and unfortunately I had to send it right back. The turntable made a horrible grinding noise anytime you used it. The lighter the item I was cooking, the quieter the noise, but it was just too much to put up with. I also noticed that the packing styrofoam pieces were broken and some were even missing. It made me wonder if someone had already returned it. Even if I got a dud or a return, I didn't like how far the attachment part of the power plug sticks out the back. It makes it impossible to put the microwave evenly against a wall. Since you must push a button inwards to open the microwave door, each time you do the microwave scoots a little because it's not fully against the wall. So I know I'd always be straightening it. Also, the start button is mixed in with all the other buttons and looks exactly like them, so it's a search to find it each time. But, it did cook the food well. And I must say that Amazon was very good about letting me just ship it back postage free for a full refund. Amazon is the best!
