After a few weeks, I was finally able to "make contact" and discovered that somewhere along the line this piece of furniture had been Lost In Transit. I rate this as a big zero not because it was lost; that happens. But I rate it a big zero because NO ONE contacted me about it. It was not til I actually tracked it down that I discovered I was not going to receive it....ever.The absolute worst cs on this item.Jeri Gloss
