I bought this dresser because the price was good, and I liked the look of it. However, once the piece arrived (in two separate boxes on two separate days via UPS), I started having second thoughts. I spent about 5 hours a night for at least a week assembling this piece. The drawers don't line up right, and they don't close smoothly. This product comes with about 100 plus pieces, and several of the screws, etc. are broken or not perfect, so that too makes putting together the piece a bit tough. I was determined to put it together, so I didn't return it (though looking back I should have). I won't be keeping this dresser when I move to my next house; it's just not worth it. If you're willing to spend lots of time on something that is clearly less than perfect, then this piece is for you. If you want something that works smoothly and won't take up much of your time, then do not buy this dresser. Also, the drawers had a few nicks and scratches here and there. Again, had I known this before purchasing it, I wouldn't have bought it.

I must admit I was surprized at the long term quality of this product. I didn't expect much from such an inexpensive product but I use two of them to organize our clothes and it is still looking and functioning great after a year of everyday use! I'm even planning on buying another one!

This item came in two boxes and 354 pieces. I takes over 8 hours to put together. It is poorly designed, and was missing pieces. When you attach the rear stabalizers, the third and bottom drawers do not have room to close. The middle screw hole of the T-spacers does not fit the screws, and the drawers are difficult to open and close. When you call for assistance/replacement parts, you get a machine asking you to leave a message.
