I had this blender for a little over a year (the second year, not much use) One day I decided to make some frozen drinks and in the middle of blending, it stopped working. On going to their website, sounds like this is a common issue and they only offer a 1 year warranty. This is JUNK.

I am glad that I purchased this blender, instead of going by the reviews. I have had this blender now for 4 months and it works great. I do not know if the other reviewers had earlier models before the kinks were worked out or not, but I have not had any problems with this product. This blender has a lot of power, does exactly what I need for it to do. I love the Brushed Nickel design, and it looks attractive on the counter.

This blender seems like a worthwhile product. It looks great in our kitchen, but we haven't had an opportunity to use it yet. The controls are simple to use without a lot of electronics to go bad. The only negative we see so far is that the pulse button in the center of the controls is always live, so it's easy to bump it by accident. We like this very solid machine. We're saving the glass "jar" from our old, ancient Oster blender becaause it also fits this new Oster and might come in handy some day.
