I had ordered this product for Mother's Day for my Mom and Grandmother. I selected the overnight shipping and the special shipping that was offered by Amazon. The products did not make it to either one. I called and was told that they were out of the product. I was told I could get a discount for waiting. I agreed and told my Mom and Grandmother they would be late. I then was out of town and when I came back had found out my order had been canceled. I had already told my family what they were getting so I ended up reordering. NOT A VERY GOOD EXPERIENCE!

Very useful pieces that are wonderfully easy to clean. When washing, I recommend always removing the wood pieces from the tops so as to scrub the points of connection on the wooden handles as well. Have used these daily for over a year now, with no issues. They remain the shame shade of deep, bright, beautiful red despite daily use and wash. I cook only with Le Creuset cookware and use only these utensils to protect the cookware.

I love these! They are about the best spatula's I have ever had. I have been using them for over two years and they have yet to get that sticky feeling you get from the low end store's rubber scrapers. Im not overly fond of the spatula with the holes in it. Food gets in there and it tends to be a pain to wash. The only time I use it is for really really thin liquids. I have had no problems with melting. In fact, one of my spatulas fell onto my glass top stove burner for a few seconds and there wasn't even a scorch on it.
