OK, so now you know I love it. Not only is it cute looking (not a top priority, but it helps), but it is easy to clean, and cooks to perfection. It works beautifully for smaller recipes, especially the " Glorious One-Pot Meals" by Elizabeth Yarnell. It is the pot that she uses in all of her 2 serving recipes. Good price and hard size to find in stores - most are sold online.

We stumbled upon Le Creuset looking for a safe, non-stick surface to cook eggs for our kids. We found an outlet store nearby and were hooked. We have two of these pots and use them for rice, pasta sauce, polenta, oatmeal...used just about every meal. Best. Rice. Ever.

This was my first Le Creuset purchase. I have spent the better part of the past ten years purchasing items for my kitchen but had not yet purchased any Le Creuset. I prefer to wait until I can afford quality items, so had not bought any cheap immitations. I have been immensely satisfied with this purchase...definitely worth the extra expense. I love the heft of the item and it works very well on my glass cooktop. It still looks perfectly new, so I expect that it will last indefinitely. I look forward to continuing to build my collection. So far, I am a highly satisfied Le Creuset customer.
