I've owned this for over a year now - it does the job - I've even started using it on my ceramic tile entry and vinyl kitchen floors with excellent results -

After purchasing this unit I was more than happy with it. It cleaned my tile floors and switched to carpet and it was GREAT. Then the other day I turned it on and no brush action. I did what the manual said, check the filter and the floor select switch all was correct but the brushes would not turn. Seems I got a lemon. And that was not the bad part. NO place to take it for repair. I checked and there is no service location within 300 miles of Little Rock Ar. Dallas is the closest place they tell me. Bissel has 3 locations within 5 miles of my house too bad they don't make and all in 1 unit. SO I guess I just junk this thing. POOR (NO) service and a dead product in less than 8 uses.

Product works better than I thought it would. Great on my limestone kitchen floor with many grooves. No more hands and Knees!! Got lots of little spots out of carpet quickly and was great at drying up the water from the carpet.
