I had a maid service because I didn't want to mop the floors. But it seemed to me that too often they were just sloshing the mop back and forth and not picking the dirt up. So I bought this cleaner. Wow. Works great and as described. I was right about the dirt. Took me three tanks to get the kitchen floor cleaned up. Even though they might look clean, you will be amazed how dirty floors can be. Now, it's easy and I wheel this guy out any time I see anything on the floor. Easy to use. Highly recommended. Plus, I canceled the maid service so this will pay for itself pretty quick.

I have alot of white ceramic tile in my house, so keeping it clean is challanging. I had purchased a Bissel Floor Steam Cleaner and was disappointed because the floor did not shine and the steam left streaks. So I was a little skeptical with purchasing this appliance. In fact, it sat in the box in my laundry room for 2 weeks because I was debating about returning it. My tiny dog, left mudy paw prints all over the house, so I needed to clean the floor fast. I was amazed at how well the cleaner worked!!! I used the entire sample bottle of cleaner with GREAT results. However, I still had tile to clean, so I used my "regular" cleaner(Once & Done),and just watered it down more. My floor looked AMAZING!!!!!!!! I actually liked MY cleaner BETTER than the sample that came with the machine!! Once & Done cleaned the grout and floor and left an amazing shine. The manufacture says you can use any floor cleaner as long as it's not solvent based (FYI I can only find Once & Done at Loews & Home Depot) I loved the fact that you "vacuum" the water up, and the floor virtually dries immediately!!! The only downside to this appliance is that the collection reservoir and water/cleaning solution reservoir are NOT big enough. I had to keep stopping to empty the collection reservoir and refill the water/cleaning solution one. I really like the vacuum feature!!! After my floor dries, I always find pieces of dust or hair that didn't get picked up(a white floor shows everything), I just switched to the vacuum setting and vola it was gone!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!!!!!! BETTER CLEANER THAN THE STEAM FLOOR CLEANERS.

I love this machine! We have a large kitchen and dining room with rough-surfaced ceramic tiles that seem to grab and hold soil. We are elderly, and getting down on our hands and knees to scrub the tile had become an impossibility. We were considering having this flooring replaced with something else, when I bought this Hoover Floor Mate. It does a great job, in our opinion. You do have to make sure that every single part is snapped into place exactly right, but other than that, I think it is a life saver.
