I purchased this because I was tire of ironing and was very excited when it arrived. It seemed to work great..heated the water quickly, steamed the clothing fairly well etc. The hose seemed a bit stiff and very very hot but I thought there was just a learning curve to using it efficiently. I used it about 3 time..then the 4th time, I turned it on and nothing happened. The lights light up..there was a full reservoir...and no steam. So, a little pricey to de-wrinkle 10 shirts. I think I'll look into another brand with better reviews.

Ordered this item. Used it about three times over six months and it stopped working.

I had this for about a year. it worked ok,the steam could have been stronger. The overheat light kept coming on like after 5 mins of using it, then everytime i would turn it on that dumb orange overheat light would be on. So i pressed the reset button and i think the spring in the button was broken. So i pressed harder, then i heard an electrical surge noise, then the damned thing started smoking like it was gonna catch fire. My house smelled like burned plastic. NEVER AGAIN WILL I BUY THIS THING OR ANY THING OF THIS BRAND.
