These are good bits and I applaud Milwaukee for making them in the USA. These may very well be the last Milwaukee bits made in the USA and I would encourage you to get them while you can. These bits probably ARE better than anything readily available considering the sad state of the times. However, I just compared these bits to 10 year old DeWalt bits in drilling through some thin galvanized steel and the results may surprise you. The Cobalt Milwaukee went through easy enough but the 10 year old US made DeWalt -nothing special I assume they are HSS - went through A LOT easier. I was surprised because I had heard so much about how great Cobalt bits were. Can you say a lot of crap? Now, you can't get these Dewalt bits anymore as the current ones are junk from China so that is why I say the Milwaukee's are probably as good as you are going to get but let's not get carried away.

These are the best drill bits I've ever used. They cut thru metal with ease and stay shape. More than worth the money.

Like with everything else. I bought a Chinese set like this one and it clogged, the chrome finish started peeling off two or three weeks after, well, I threw it away. These Bosch people are good at almost everything they do. Swiss company, isn't it? or German? Well, I gave it 4 stars because I think they can do a better finish. The price is not a giveaway neither, but it works fine... Its OK.

Strong and durable. Slices through wood with ease! Wish the spades came in a hard plastic box like other dewalt bits. Good enough though.

The spade bits in this set are the best I have ever used! They preform flawlessly just make sure you have a strong enough drill to turn the 3/4 and 1 inch sizes. Super Bits!!!!!!

I have been using cheep paddle drills for too long. The better ones by dewalt are worth it.
