I have to say "Don't buy this product due to poor quality; don't buy any Haier product due to bad customer service". It was broken in 3 months. After I called Haier customer service, they asked me to send them some evidence and $14.99 processing fee, they will exchange. They told me it needs 10-15 days for processing after the day they get my materials. My letter arrived in May. After around 20 days, I called them to check its status. The person told me they didn't get anything from me. Thank goodness, I used register letter, not normal 1st class letter. I could track my letter. I told him my letter had ready delivered long time ago, and gave him the tracking #. Then he admitted they got my letter. He told me he put it in their system, and needs 10-15 days for processing. After 2 weeks, I called them again. They told me it's in process, and would ship my washer in next week. On the next Friday, I called again. They told me it's in process, and would ship my washer in next week. On the next Friday, I called again. What did they say? They told me they didn't get my letter at all. There's nothing in their system. Then how those persons told me it's in process? I told them the tracking #, but same circle happened again. After several calls, they told me again that they didn't get anything from me at the beginning of July. After I talked with their supervisor, they told me my washer would be shipped out in 10-15 days. I called again around July 20th. They told me it would be shipped out next week. I called in the next week. They told me it would be shipped out next week. After several calls again, however, it's not shipped out until today. Interestingly, my check was cashed in July.

I have a small house and no place for a washer this work out great and get the job done. THANK - YOU.

They seem to have improved it since the other reviews were posted. The bottom plate that everyone puts on wrong is labeled so the right side says THIS SIDE DOWN in big letters. You have to tighten the hose going to the machine with a wrench or it leaks but then it is great. It holds more laundry then I expected. you can fill it 3/4 full and its agitator is on the floor so more room. Does a great job getting the cloths clean. I haven't tried hooking it to my sink yet because am using it with a regular hookup but haven't had any leaks!
