We've been using glycoflex products for our 9 yr old Aussie since he was a pup. He was diagnosed with hip dysplasia at 6 months of age. The glycoflex keeps him mobile and he still runs and plays like a pup. Highly recommend it.

When the product did not show up when expected, I contacted the company who indicated that they had sent it and that they would check on the problem and would email an answer within two hours (1:00pm cst). The following day the answer appeared indicating that the post office was unable to locate it. They did offer a refund which was accepted and promptly issued.

We started our 6 month old Australian Shepherd Puppy on this in February because it was discovered he has a luxating patella. (Slipping Knee Cap). This left him so lame that he would not use his right hind leg at all and we were looking at a possibly $3000 surgery. At the same time, we began giving it to our 6 year old Aussie since we have to do the same thing or someone gets jealous. A huge improvement was seen in our puppy and he now uses his leg almost at a normal level, and he has not been lame in several months. Our older dog seemed to have more energy while taking this, and since we stopped giving it to her she seems to get around much slower. I am buying more today to get them both back on it- I recommend to anyone with an active dog or one showing signs of arthritis or pain.
