This unit does the task very well, it completely removes the chlorine taste and smell from the water, and it doubles it weight while in service removing mineral sediment from the water. The water flow is slowed a bit passing through the filter but the end results are well worth it. Fresh clean odor free water. Would recommend to anyone.

I really like this water filter system. The cartridges are small, inexpensive, and easy to change. Our water supply here in the Fort Worth area sometimes contains algae that makes it smell and taste a little weird. The charcoal filter of this GE water purification system instantly removes any smell or taste problem. This is a simple and cost-effective solution to an annoying problem.
