How anyone can use this beyond me. The seal between the cap and vacuum device is left to chance. Builds up your muscles but not the vacuum. Back it goes...poo!

Definitely a welcome addition to my wine accessories...simple enough to use(I can't for the life of me understanding the others that are experiencing difficulty in using this properly!) Used properly along with a decanting funnel will make the difference between night & day for a red wine right out of the bottle. Don't pass this up!

Product arrived on time, unfortunately DHL soaked the box (looked like it had been floating in a pond). The company was great, got right back to me. Haven't used the product yet, it is a gift, but was pleased with my dealings with them!
