I purchased the Dremel Rechargeable Rotary Sander to use for my dog's nails. Great tool! I also purchased the fine bands and the coarse bands. The coarse bands did a much better job at grinding down my dog's nails. I have a large dog with thick nails, so the fine bands worked, but it took much longer and they wore out much quicker than the coarse bands. If you have a small dog with thin nails the fine bands will probably work fine. I will try to find these at a local hardware, because shipping is too expensive for such a small package.
