Wait until cool and then beat in 2 tbs yeast, 1/4 tsp nutmeg, 4 eggs, 2/3 sugar, 7 cups flour. Allow it to rise do 1h- 1h30. Roll out dough and cut it into shapes. Let it rise again for 30-45 minutes. Heat oil to 365 into a deep fryer cooker and fry it until golden. Let them rest on a paper towel. DONE! To make this excellent homemade doughnut recipe and many others you are going to need a deep fryer cooker. I will personally recommend the Delonghi Dual Zone Deep Fryer: stainless steel looking, as it is both easy to empty and easy to clean; best of all, it reaches maximum temperature very quickly! The only inconvenient might be storage, since you probably will have to leave it on your counter.
