I love it!! Just got it this week but have used it several times already. Poached eggs are perfect every time and slide right out of the poacher tray.. Soft boiled and hard boiled are spot on as well.. No green rings around the yolks either.. Kudos to EdgeCraft for comming up with an egg cooker with a great electronic timer rather than trying to measure the water to the exact milliliter each time to determine how your eggs are going to be cooked. (Who wants to do that at 6am) Just pour some water in the chamber, place the eggs in, cover, set the timer and flip the switch.. Easy as that and clean-up is a breeze too.. Living in FL with lots of minerals in the water, I do recommend using distilled water, as I do with all my boiled water appliances, to eliminate mineral build up. I highly recommend this cooker, It's really great!!

This device makes it terrifically easy to cook eggs. Forget the boiling water, hot pot, and careful timings. Simply add water, eggs, set the timer, and you're good to go. I've used this device with great success since receiving it. We primarily like hard boiled eggs, and the eggs we have done have come out perfectly to our taste. Two minor quibbles - I dislike removing the cover. It's difficult to remove as the steam rushes to escape. I haven't figure out how to do that comfortably. Also, the fill line could be a bit darker for the water.
