I love this board! I coveted my father's for years before finally taking the plunge and buying my own. It is a great height, adding just the right amount for comfortable cutting. I did remove the feet and just put the small plastic counter savers back on. I found that inch made a world of difference (I am just 5'5"). In time, the cutting board starts to show cuts and nicks and slices in the wood. The more it is used, the more rustic and pleasing it is to the eye. I am so glad I bought this!

I had been looking for this kind of chopping block for over 3 years! It looks great in my new kitchen; it doesn't move around when my hands are full; it is a far cry from the flimsy chopping surfaces that seem to be everywhere. I would highly recommend this product. After thoroughly cleaning it after each usage, I keep it looking good with just a little mineral oil every once in a while. I have received so many compliments on it. The price was right and it came very quickly.
