Pros & Cons :i've kept it because it works fine as an extra hot plate for buffets, but i probably should have returned it because this was too much to pay for something to just keep food warm.

Pros & Cons :being out my kitchen for a remodel the last month i've relied heavily on the broil king for most of my cooking, it heated just as fast & worked as well, if not better than the electric stove i'm having replaced.
