Pros & Cons :in order to get them to honor the warrantee you have to cut off the cord from the product, send back the plug together with a check for $7.

Pros & Cons :however, the on/off indicator light is very difficult to see and on button doesn't provide any kind of feedback (like a click) so at first it was hard to tell if it was pushed.
