Pros & Cons :b&d has offered to replace it for a nominal charge (and the plug from the power cord), but they are replacing it with another model that appears to be just as bad.

Pros & Cons :one day the blade assembly just tore itself apart, stripping the blade and rendering this machines useless.
This blender self-destructed in 60 days
