I've had two of them and I'm giving up and going back to the Hoover. The Bissell is easier to use, but the quality is just terrible! My first one died in a little over year (just out of warranty). It basically stopped spraying consistently. Since I liked how it worked, I thought I'd give them another chance. The second one did the same thing in less than a week! Save your money and buy one of the cheaper Hoovers. It is a little more difficult to use (in terms of changing to the hand tool, pre-mixing solution, etc.) but the previous Hoover lasted 5 or 6 years! No more Bissell for me.
