I bought one, and it broke down after three months. Two months into it, it stopped doing an acceptable job. I can't get my money back and I'm furious. My housecleaner told me she bought one and had the exact same experience. We are both never going to buy a Bissell product again, and especially not from Best Buy. They won't accept a return after 90 days. Of course they won't, but where is any kind of guarantee or decency policy? AWFUL.

This unit does exactly what it says, great for picking up pet hair and other stuff that you don't see. It is easy to clean, with the ability to remove the canister you can do everything with it. Only downfall I can see is the unit is heavy, so it takes some time to get used to pushing it around the house

This honestly is the biggest piece of CRAP we have EVER owned for a vacuum!! We have pets in the house so we decided to buy a vacuum cleaner designed for pets. After 1 1/2 months, the vacuum is ALWAYS clogged, the hose will not come off to clear, it dumps dirt on the floor every time we either clean it or dump the container. I can't say enough bad things about this vacuum!! Never in 25 years have we owned a bigger piece of junk.... Do not spend any money buying this vacuum. It's not worth a star on the scale
