This vacuum has been a royal pain since day one. We gave it the benefit of too many doubts and today decided to throw it out and get a new one Kenmore, which we had for years before this and had good satisfaction. This one clogs too often, that turbo brush attachment is a joke, it rarely worked. I have never been this disappointed with a product. A real piece of junk. Today spent too much time trying to get the bush to work. So much for uprights.

So today is the first day of the use of our new Bissell and I love it! In the first 20 seconds of use I had to dump the container because it was full of hair. We have one dog and two cats and no other vacuum we have had in the past has picked up hair like this one. I haven't used the lift off function yet but I think that is going to be very useful when I do need to use it. Allot of people said to get a Dison but I couldn't afford to drop $600 on a vacuum, that price is just insane. I feel like I bought a better vacuum for almost a quarter of the price. I wish I had more to say but this is my first day with this machine & I love it love it love it!

I don't normally write reviews of products, but this machine deserves one. I never thought I would say that I love a vacuum, but I LOVE this vacuum!!! It has great suction even when using the hose and pet brush. I find myself vacuuming a couple times a week because this is so easy to use and the lift off canister makes even easier. It is a bit heavier then my previous Dirt Devil, but the long power cord, super suction, multiple attachments, and lift off canister makes up for it. You won't be disappointed.
