Pros & Cons :it has two straps on it that mount perfect on the handle bars of my scooter the bar that goes underneath the basket just had to be bent a little to fit on the slide on clips on the scooter tiller it works perfect but one thing is it blocks your front headlight1 so if traveling at nite carry a flashlight and your great for traveling at night.
