This product is gorgeous, I struggled a bit being that this uses the screw and fasteners. This means that when you lay the piece down on the floor, you have to screw the bolts and then lock them with a fastener once the pieces are attached. I don't know if this makes sense but if it does, just be cautious when mounting the screws not to do them too tight. Otherwise the corresponding panels will not lock into place. Other than that the unit is easy to assemble and very stable. We have a 52-inch Sharp Aquos and it looks absolutely gorgeous. Also, the price on Amazon was unbeatable We saved at least 100 dollars compared to the price offered by it's leading competitor. Pros: beautiful design, relatively inexpensive, side cabinets great for storage, perfect size Cons: Some of the pieces were received with an inconsistency on the finish. Two boards were very slightly damaged (would've cost more to send back, wasn't worth it) Overall, i highly recommend it for someone searching for a inexpensive TV stand for a large LCD/Plasma with limited space.

Other reviewers have criticized this product for missing parts, damaged pieces, etc. I have to agree. Once all parts arrive (undamaged) the stand does look beautiful. You need to be patient and not expect to receive a perfect item. I ordered through WillyGoat and have never come across better customer service. Their customer service reps are on top of every problem. I only had to call once (for each problem) and the reps were calling me back constantly, letting me know the status. If the manufacturer, Home Styles, could recruit some of WillyGoat's employees to work in the warehouse and plant, that would help tremendously by creating less problems and happier customers.

Upon opening the undamaged box containing the tv stand I discovered 4 pieces were damaged. The damage obviously happened at the factory but the pieces were shipped anyway. Two damaged pieces were shelves I could just turn around/flip upside down, but the other two (the top and front frame) were pretty bad. I did call the manufacurer and they did send replacement parts fairly quick,(10 days), But the replacement parts had a few to many blemishes also. The stand looks like it is made out of cheap plastic. Even at first glance my wife made the same comment. It is your typical made in China construction, partical board painted black. It was fairly easy to assemble but I would not buy this again.
