Aqua Clear 301 Power Head
Many technical innovations in design, safety and utility. Aqua Clear Power Head 301 is designed to operate undergravel filters in small aquariums, or to be used as a circulating pump for larger aquariums. Powerful water flow operates any output stem from 16 to 29 mm (5/8" to 1 1/8"). The motor unit is hermetically sealed with all live electrical parts immersed in protective epoxy resin to provide total insulation against water damage and electrical shock. As a result, this pump can be submersed (or immersed up to the water line indicated on the marking label) without affecting its continuous operation. The motor is extremely compact, silent, extraordinarily energy efficient and maintenance free, while at the same time producing a powerful continuous output stream. 174 gph for aquariums up to 30 gallons. ...This is a great power head. It was exactly what I needed. It's not too big or too loud and it fits perfectly on my 29 gallon aquarium. It produces great water flow too. Highly recommended. read more
