This makes the best iced tea, hands down, in ten minutes. I'm on my third maker, but 12th pitcher. They know that the pitcher is flawed, but fail to change it. The front seam, as everyone who has one knows, cracks after a while. I use super glue down the seam to extend the life of mine. It works for only so long, though. I guess if the tea maker never fails, they have to make money on the replacement pitchers. The only reason I buy new makers is that it's almost as cheap as buying replacement pitchers and they usually come with two. Shouldn't be that way. Lets get creative, Mr. Coffee.

I LOVE this ice tea maker. It's quick and easy to use and makes GREAT iced tea. My first one lasted forever and still works like the day I purchased it which was over 15 years ago. I only recently bought a new system because I broke the pitcher and the cost of shipping the replacement pitcher was almost as much as purchasing the whole unit. (I purchased a replacement pitcher once before, which is a good deal if you can get free shipping.) Overall this is an awesome product and well worth every penny!!

Easy to use and makes the best iced tea! I use 4 regular sized teabags per quart and it comes out perfect every time. It uses a lot of ice so be sure to have extra bags on hand.

We bought this to replace the pitcher of a much older tea maker, and it is the right size and sturdier than the original pitcher that came with the unit.

Amazon was the only place I could find the size picter for my Mr. Iced Tea maker. This one works just great. And I've noticed you can put it in the dishwasher on and hot wash (not scouring hot!).
