   Item was great when first received. After a few months began having problems - not filling the cups properly. Now the pump appears to be malfunctioning as well. I have followed the directions on how to clean the machine and it has not helped. I have had this machine for about 8 months. I would have expected it to last longer considering the price.

   The company does not back their product. I am on my second one and I just shelfed it. It's loud and doesn't make a whole cup of coffee. I will never support this company agian. Very sad.

   I absolutly love this coffee maker. I use it all the time especially when you only what that last cup of coffee of the night. No need to make a pot. This coffee takes freshly brewed not like instant. After tasting the coffee my friends also bought one.

   I had been researching Keurig for months before I finally decided to order the B60. I had not so great results with previous pod type coffee makers and found they made a very weak luke warm coffee. During the week, I am the only one drinking coffee so I hate making a pot to have it sit there and get 'burnt'. Plus, sometimes I want a cup of coffee in the late afternoon but again, I don't want to make an entire pot for one cup. I received my pot and at first it was really loud and leaked some water. I contacted Keurig who said I had a defective machine (to the person who mentioned that theirs leaks, it shouldn't leak and you should exchange it) so I exchanged it. Now I have no problems with the machine. Yes, the pump is alittle loud, but not to the point that others have described it. Plus, I had a pod type coffee machine a few years ago that was MUCH louder than this. I have been using the middle cup setting (8oz?) and haven't had any issues of week coffee... but I have been using a stronger dark roast coffee. All in all I love the machine so far. Thanks!

   We really like the Keurig B60 - even with the machine off, it heats up in under 2 minutes so we never bother to set it for auto-on or to stay on long after we brew. Why waste the energy keeping it hot when it heats up so quickly? My wife had a bit of trouble finding a coffee she liked but now she settled on an extra bold variety to give her the full flavor she likes. The kids like making tea and hot chocolate. My only complaint is the sound of the water pump. It is very loud between brews when pumping water for the next cup. I even put it on a rubber "mouse pad" mat to lessen the vibration but it is still quite loud (can't be talked over) which is odd for a simple water pump. Anyone else have this problem? Without the noise, it would be 5 stars; as it is, it still warrants 4 stars.

   I'm not a coffee drinker but my husband is. He only has a cup at a time, so small-capacity makers were what he wanted. He went through all kinds of coffee makers before he asked me for this one. After 4 or 5 makers in a year and a half, I was pretty dubious, but he in fact is still using it almost a year later. I call that a huge success. It's definitely cheaper than him visiting the coffee shop every day, so that makes me happy.

   Although Keurig makes a fantastic system and the best way to make coffee, this particular model, the B70 could be a lot more precise. There is not enough difference between the water output of different size cups. Why bother putting different cup sizes on the buttons. As far as being a superb machine, it is just that. Well built and well designed.

   I just bought the Keurig Brewing System for my dorm room. It is WONDERFUL! It's easy, convenient, and mess free! I had read some reviews claiming it to be noisy, but all it does is hum for about 5 seconds before and after brewing. If people think that is 'noisy' then they need to get they're ears checked. My first cup was from 'The Coffee People' (It came in the sample pack of 18 k-cups). It was honestly the best cup of coffee I have ever had from a home brewer- rich, full-bodied, and not a hint of bitterness. The airtight seal on the k-cups certainly did its job of keeping the coffee fresh. I cannot wait to try all of the other brands! Another feature that I love is that the drip tray comes off to make room for my travel mug. I am already in love with this machine! I recommend this product to annyone who loves coffee, but doesnt want to waste time or money by making a whole pot.

   Got this B70 several months ago. It still works beautifully. It is very pleasing to the eye. The filler system is top notch and keeps from halting in the middle of pouring a cup of coffee. I love the fact that you can do tea and coffee or even just plain water for a hot chocolate mix. Of course there are also K-cups for hot chocolate (even a yummy White Hot Chocolate). We move ours from home into our RV when we go camping and traveling. Works just as well on the road. There are many many different k-cups to choose from and the hardest thing about the Keurig B70 is the decision regarding what flavor of coffee or tea you will make in it. It does make a loud hum when filling prior to brewing the cup, and again right after. However, I have had other brewing systems and they are louder and more grating on the nerves than the Keurig B70. The reservoir is on the side and is very easy to fill. I feel it is much easier to fill than other systems I have had. The K-cups are no mess, where as I have had other pods you have to lift out that are hot and dripping, no problem like that with the K-cups.However, if you wish to use up the pods you have left from the old brewing system, there is a little cup that you can purchase that fits inside the K-cup holder and allows you to insert the pods. You can even brew loose coffee by using the item made for that in the k-cup holder. The amount of beverage brewed per cup is adjustable, which is another great feature. The fact that the light (blue and very pleasing) is on to show the reservoir is a great idea. It lets you be able to see exactly how much water is left and that the brewing system is on. A great little machine!
