The all-clad electric skillet has an uneven cooking surface and the electric cord does not hold the temperature. The pan is beautiful to look at, but a pain to cook with. All-Clad does not support or back their product. I called and wrote consumer services to voice a complaint and they were no help. I guess they think we all have 300.00 to waste on their products.

Perfect for a family because it holds enough food to make a good size meal for a family of seven. It is fairly easy to clean. I would prefer the lid to be more tightly fitting, but it doesn't affect the cooking.

I was skeptical...A stainless steel electric pan that would not stick? I got one for X-mas and I tried it today (27/12/08) with pancakes & eggs. I heated the pan to 325, placed a small amount of butter evenly over the surface and immediately placed my batter. Both my pancakes and eggs never stuck!!! I could not believe it. I always burn my pancakes (even with low heat) or my eggs stick to the pan that I can never get sunny-side up eggs. Love it. I'm a believer!!! Would definitely recommend this product. Make sure you research how to take care & clean stainless steel properly since it is costly!
