The video and control of the camera are fine performing exactly as advertized with a few very nice features. Night vision is very good, however, the sound coming from the camera is extremely poor at best with a shutter noise that does not seem to stop.Calls to tech support are poorly handled - I'm still waiting (after 2.5 weeks) for a call back from 2nd level support regarding a few issues.

Video works fairly well, this is why 2 stars. BUT audio is UNUSABLE... it has a stuttering background noise. I had the cam replaced and the new one did the same thing... both over wireless or wired, inside my network and outside so I know it is not anything I'm causing. I'm sure there is a hardware/firmware bug AirLink101 is not addressing. This SAME EXACT camera from TrendNet has several firmware updates yet AirLink101 has put out NONE!
