We ordered this because: 1. We wanted black. 2. We wanted high quality tape. Well, it's not black. It's a very light grey. Don't know about the high quality or not, but if you want black tape, don't order this!!!

Much better than I thought it would be. I'd been using "the gray one" for some years now, but this tape is much better. No regrets at all.
