Pros & Cons :the holes on the plates fit well on those pre-drilled holes on the deck, but both plates are too short.

...It just seems to loose all lift when the mulch plug is installed. Therefore, it seemed that some of the grass didn't get cut. Like I said, this may have more to do with the mower than the mulch ... read more

Pros & Cons :easy to install, though the instructions for the 38" deck have you trying to install it backward, which is impossible unless you start drilling a bunch of unnecessary extra holes.
